Placement of CPF Learners from AMSA
Dear Members of Industry,
It gives us great pleasure to present herewith attached the CV’s of the Career Path Framework leaners who t have successfully completed their qualifications in Foundry Operations at Arcelor Mittal at the end of 2013.
We are eager to place these skilled learners in foundries and would appreciate your assistance in this regard.
There are 4 Melters, 2 Moulders and 2 Patternmakers, all with excellent skills acquired over three and a half years of training.
We are happy to report that the six learners from Atlantis Foundries who also completed their training at the end of last year, have been employed and the reports are that they are doing very well.
SAIF is endeavouring to arrange for them to complete a trade test in their respective trades, of which only the Melter is not available as yet, but is being developed and expected to be completed by April 2014
