Dear RAPDASA Member,
 
We hereby give notice of the RAPDASA AGM – to be held at Lord Charles Hotel, Somerset West on 10 November 2022.
 
It has been a number of years since the RAPDASA Constitution was reviewed.
The operation of RAPDASA has evolved over time and it has become necessary to update the constitution to incorporate these changes.  The main change is that we are now registered with the CIPC as a Not for Profit Company – this means that members of the executive committee are also required to serve as directors.  These changes will be considered at the AGM.
