Job title:            Technical Assistant
Reporting to:     General Manager
Salary:               To be discussed based on experience
Hours:               40 hours
Location:           Pretoria

Purpose of the position

We require a person to fill the vacancy in our technical department. Saveway
has been engaged in the development, production and worldwide sales and
distribution of monitoring and measuring technologies for melting plants.

Key responsibilities & duties

Representation of Saveway Furnace Monitoring Africa
Installation of Saveway Monitoring Systems
Preparation of the work to be performed
Adhere to all requirements with regards to technical specifications as set by
Saveway Germany
Work to all set rules and regulations of Saveway Africa
Expected to work overtime and be on standby
Installation and maintenance work on Padicon System
New product introduction and development

Work experience and skills

Experience in the foundry industry
Technical back round
As we are a specialized technology company we supply in house training for
the successful candidate
