It is with great sadness that we advise you of the sudden passing of Mr Tony ‘O Brien on Wednesday, 24th April 2013

Our sincerest condolences go out to his wife Ann, and family in their time of sorrow.

Tony’s attributes and valued influence to the industry as well as his support to the Institute will surely be missed.

His death leaves a devastating grief to friends, colleagues and so many learners who had the privilege of working with him.

May his soul rest in peace.
