The South African Institute of Foundrymen (SAIF) in partnership with Ametex (Pty) Ltd is offering a course in
Basic Method for Ferrous Sand Casting
This training initiative is supported by the National Foundry Technology Network (NFTN)
The Course will be presented by Andrew McFarlene, MD of Ametex , (N – Dip. Eng Met – UJ)
a specialist in this field.
The course is directed at Team Leaders, 1st Line Supervisors, Operators & Maintenance Personnel
The course will take place on Thursday 18th, Friday 19th & Tuesday 23rd October 2012.
The course will run over 3 Days.

Times: 08:00 am – 16:00 pm (3 Days)
Cost Per Student: R 750.00 per learner for the entire course.
