HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT (RIFT) Programme

The SAIF joins with others in congratulating the Department of Science and Technology for the initiation of the Human capital Development or RIFT Programme, which will enable ten graduates to complete post graduate education in Germany at Freiberg and Aachen Universities, in the fields of Metallurgical Engineering and Foundry Engineering at the Masters Degree level. This development along with the internship sponsorship for the TAPS group of foundries will go some way in developing skills for the future of the industry.
